The Leadership Team
David Rees
CEO & Founder
David is our CEO and Founder. As a chartered architect and project manager he understands projects as well as business, and knows how to push boundaries in both. An entrepreneur by nature, David’s current focus is expanding the LXA’s services offering and the brand internatonally. Despite this, David still manages to stay close to key projects and clients, and leads from the front with his own ‘sleeves rolled’ up approach.
Richard Parton
Managing Director UK
Richard is our Managing Director and oversees the running of the business. He’s a qualified quantity surveyor with over 20 years' experience in both cost and project management. He has an incredible ability to stay calm, whatever the situation. Try and faze him. We bet you can't do it.
Sarah-Jane Grant

Sarah-Jane loves business in all its forms and is motivated to solve any challenges thrown her way, through her entrepreneurial, problem-solving, and stand-out creativity skills. It’s thanks to her motivational leadership that LXA is one of the most successful and talented agencies in the region.
Dave Rooney
Design Director
As the Design Director at LXA, Dave controls LXA's creative output. With over 20 years' experience, Dave has orchestrated design solutions across the UK and the Middle East. His passion is built on client understanding and co-operation.
James Forrest-Lines
Director
Head of Project Management
James heads up the Project Management Team at LXA, running some of the largest projects across the business. As a former officer in the Royal Engineers his leadership skills are second to none. He has a strong ability to build morale in a team and get the job done!
Tim Plaskow
Managing Director
Development Management
Tim Plaskow has partnered with LXA as Managing Director of Development Management; bringing more than 16 years’ experience in London Property. He has overseen the delivery of more than 1million sq ft of Real Estate development with a combined GDV of more than £2bn.
Sneha Satyan
Associate Director
Sneha has designed, managed, and delivered numerous projects across the Middle East and India. Her leadership and strong Architectural skills enable her to lead and manage delivery of some of our largest projects. Aside from ensuring our creative works are realized globally and efficiently.
Imogen Buxton
Associate Director
Head of New Business & Marketing
Imogen works across the business focusing on company strategy and client relationships. With a solid knowledge of the Built Environment, she works closely with the Leadership Team to build the LXA brand and drive the company forward. She has a natural ease with people, something that enables new relationships to blossom into new projects, and existing relationships to flourish further.
Craig Carter
Associate Director
Craig has a comprehensive knowledge of the individual project, from demolition and site set up through to the specification, finishes and client hand over. His attention to detail is like no other, with a regular site presence he works on the ‘nuts and bolts’ of a project ensuring a smooth project delivery and the continued relationships with our clients.
Dave Ewing

Originating from Perth Australia, David has a background in product design. Prior to joining LXA, he designed interiors for some of the world’s largest and most luxurious super yachts. David is the creative lead of the Dubai office and runs the day to day activities of the Design and Technical team.
Gerald Shea

Gerald has 30 years of experience in Cost Consultancy and has been with LXA since 2017. Gerald has worked on projects of all shapes and sizes across the UK and overseas and brings a wealth of experience to everything that he does.
Andrea Miorin

Head of Design UK
Andrea knows how to realise visions. Through years of experience delivering complex design concepts for high end interiors in modern and listed buildings, she will ensure that all aspects of the concept are coordinated and translated accurately on site. She is a qualified Interior Architect with practical experience as a joiner, keen to turn design visions into reality.
