Vital statistics: Having been an integral part of countless restaurant, bar, club and leisure facility set-up and operations across the UK and Middle East, Pete has over 20 years’ industry experience and his knowledge is second to none.
Pete has led the international expansion of numerous brands through a combination of license and franchise deals, joint ventures and equity fund raising and is currently working with some of the top brands in the UK and Europe.
Pete says: “I love the hospitality industry. Making people happy with good food, good drinks and exceptional experiences is what I was born to do.”

Outside of work, Pete’s passions are good food, good wine and good company. He loves to cook, travel and spend time with his wife and daughter, and he’s always good for a restaurant recommendation.
The best advice anyone ever told him: Learn from everyone you meet. Whether it’s the best way or worst way to do something and anything in-between, you’ll be able to learn and apply this to yourself.
One little-known fact: I almost joined the Royal Marines before deciding on a career in hospitality.
