As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects across diverse sectors. In this role, your understanding of drawings, specifications, construction detailing, and on-site coordination will be essential in managing the design process, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets time, cost, and quality goals. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery of LXA's full PM services with a focus on time, cost, and quality.
You will contribute to LXA's growth through leadership, operational excellence, and client engagement.
+ Lead the appointment of consultants and contractors, and recommend procurement strategies and contract types.
+ Define project scope, technical requirements, and quality benchmarks, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
+ Establish communication protocols and oversee design processes, ensuring drawings, specifications, and actions meet project milestones.
+ Monitor the performance of the design team, ensuring the timely production and distribution of design documents.
+ Advise on market conditions, buildability, construction detailing, and specialist inputs.
+ Oversee statutory approvals and ensure compliance with planning, building control, and fire safety requirements.
+ Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reports, liaising with the client's own teams where necessary.
+ Administer the building contract, monitor progress on-site, and take alternative actions when shortfalls are identified.
+ Chair design and progress meetings, flag risks, and ensure comprehensive documentation of site inspections.
+ Conduct snagging, oversee commissioning, and manage project close-out and handover, ensuring the building is ready for client occupancy.
+ Drive operational excellence by continually improving LXA services, processes, and delivery standards.
+ 5+ years GCC experience.
+ Senior-level experience in project management within construction, architecture, or interior design.
+ Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications, construction detailing, and on-site coordination.
+ Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
+ Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycles from inception to completion.
+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
