Dammam Royal Palace is a large-scale private royal estate comprising a Main Villa, Gate House and associated infrastructure and landscape works, at varying stages of construction. Our role involves coordinating budgets, timelines, quality and all design disciplines to support the successful delivery of the development.

We were appointed to deliver a large-scale residential estate in Dammam, comprising a Main Villa, Gate House and the surrounding infrastructure and landscape works.
Our involvement in Dammam Royal Palace spans the wider royal estate, including its surrounding infrastructure and landscape works.
Working closely with the appointed interior designer and wider consultant team, the focus has been on aligning the evolving design with the original project vision, while ensuring everything remains buildable.
With elements of the estate at varying stages of construction, we continue to manage a project that spans architecture, technical design delivery and BIM production across a single coordinated delivery.
