Linnaean is a modern hair and beauty salon, café restaurant and lifestyle store set over two floors in the new Nine Elms development, featuring a dedicated mani/pedi room and a blossom-laden ceiling in the restaurant. We provided Project Management and Cost Management from base-build shell through to a six-month fit-out.
Case Study Overview
Linnaean set out to reimagine the hair and beauty salon as something closer to a lifestyle destination, combining a salon, dedicated mani/pedi room and a stylish restaurant across two floors in the new Nine Elms development.
We were appointed at the very start of the project, taking the unit from a base-build shell and agreeing a schedule of landlord works before the fit-out began.
The six-month programme involved coordinating detailed joinery and bespoke finishes throughout, including the restaurant's blossom-laden ceiling, to deliver a high-quality result.
The completed venue is a considered, multi-use space that reads as a lifestyle destination rather than a conventional salon.
