This flagship London retail space for LA fashion brand Reformation includes a redecorated façade, new signage, and interactive shopping screens built into the dressing room walls. We provided our Project Management and Cost Management services and have since delivered further UK sites for the brand.
Case Study Overview
Reformation needed a flagship London space that could introduce the LA fashion brand to a new market and support a wider UK roll-out.
We were appointed as project managers and cost managers, overseeing everything from the redecorated shop façade and new signage through to the ground floor fit-out.
The brief included dressing rooms and interactive shopping screens built directly into the wall lines, blending retail technology with the physical fit-out from the outset.
Since the flagship, we have gone on to deliver further Reformation sites across London.
