This 60,000 sq ft commercial fit-out in Clerkenwell delivered new offices for Sapient, part of the international Publicis Group, across four floors including reception, break-out spaces and a large staff café. LXA provided Project Management and Cost Management services on the relocation.

Sapient, an integrated marketing and technology services company under the Publicis Group, needed new offices in the heart of Clerkenwell to support its relocation.
We were appointed to provide project management and cost management services on the 60,000 sq ft commercial fit-out, managing delivery of open-plan modern offices across four floors.
The scope covered everything from the reception lobby and break-out spaces through to communal areas and a large staff café, all needing to come together as a cohesive, modern workplace.
The fit-out gave Sapient a fit-for-purpose new home in one of London's key business districts.
