Union Street
Commercial project known as "The Scoop", designed to respect the heritage of an adjacent Grade II listed church.

Known as "The Scoop", this Union Street project celebrates collaboration and community, with a design that spotlights the stained-glass window of the Grade II listed church next door. We provided Project Management and Cost Management services, working alongside architects Corstorphine & Wright.
Case Study Overview
The Scoop on Union Street set out to be more than a standard commercial fit-out, built around a story of collaboration within the construction industry and a genuine sense of community.
We provided project management and cost management services, working alongside architects Corstorphine & Wright throughout delivery.
The creative direction centred on recognising the heritage of the Grade II listed church next door, with a spotlight designed to keep the church's stained-glass window visible from the end of the street.
The project ties a modern commercial space back into the character of its surroundings, rather than working against them.
