Case Study Overview
Boxooo Hira'a set out to become Jeddah's first food-centric lifestyle destination, a single hub combining a food hall, restaurants, a private members club, retail and gym spaces, and the city's largest purpose-built cookery school, the Boxooo Academy, formed in partnership with restaurateur Asma Khan.
We supported with technical design delivery including building the full BIM model, working from the original design direction set by Thurstan.
A key challenge was adapting the design to work within the constraints of the existing building. Combined with the range of uses across the development, this required extensive technical coordination to bring the different spaces, systems and requirements together within the existing structure.
The development blends culinary exploration with community, backed by technical delivery that supports its varied uses.
