MNKY HSE's Dover Street venue in Mayfair was the brand's first landmark location, launched in 2017 as an award-winning Latin American restaurant and nocturnal venue. We provided our Project Management and Cost Management services on the flagship, and have since partnered with the brand on its expansion into Riyadh, Doha and Manchester.

MNKY HSE opened in Mayfair in 2017, with its Dover Street venue becoming the brand's first landmark location and setting the tone for everything that followed.
We provided project management, cost management and design management on the original flagship, and have since partnered with MNKY HSE on its expansion into Riyadh, Doha and Manchester.
The original Mayfair venue was a particularly complex central London project, with its multi-level subterranean design requiring significant structural works within a dense and sensitive setting. More than 120 individual Party Wall Awards were required to manage works alongside neighbouring properties, a record number for a London project at the time.
As founder Boris Kofman put it: "MNKY HSE was a challenging project with complications at every level. LXA were proactive in dealing with the issues often before they arose."
