Caboodle Pamper & Play

Caboodle set out to create an interactive play environment in downtown Abu Dhabi built specifically around encouraging creativity in babies and young children.

We provided design management, project management and cost management, managing the consultant team and coordinating the project through design and delivery.

Statutory approvals were particularly demanding due to the requirements associated with children's facilities and the project's location within an operating mall. From a commercial perspective, the challenge was delivering the client's ambitions within budget, with value engineering helping to control costs without compromising design intent, safety or durability.

The project was successfully delivered on time and in accordance with the mall's programme requirements.
