JESS Jumeirah is a 160,000 sq ft school campus being reconfigured and expanded to accommodate growing student numbers, combining new buildings with targeted refurbishments. We were appointed on the refurbishment and long-term masterplanning, providing Project Management, Design Management and Cost Management services.

JESS Jumeirah needed a long-term plan for evolving an ageing campus, roughly 160,000 sq ft of built-up area, to keep pace with growing student numbers without starting from scratch.
