DUO Gastrobar is the Middle East debut for Michelin Bib Gourmand chefs Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov, serving contemporary European cuisine with Asian influences. We delivered our Project Management services alongside designers Bishop Design on a tight timeline and budget.
Case Study Overview
DUO Gastrobar marked the first Middle Eastern venture for celebrated chefs Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov, bringing their Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognised approach to contemporary European and Asian cuisine to Dubai.
We provided project management and design management, leading the tender process to appoint the interior designer. We put forward a shortlist of strong hospitality designers, with Bishop Design ultimately selected to develop the interiors, and A&T Group Interiors appointed as the fit-out contractor.
The project ran on a tight timeline with real logistical challenges, and we kept delivery on track without compromising the design intent.
The finished space reflects DUO's commitment to genuine guest engagement, understated but confident throughout.
