Case Study Overview
Em Sherif, founded by chef patron Mireille Hayek, is credited with putting Lebanese fine dining on the global map, and was named by The World's 50 Best Restaurants as one of the top nine female-led restaurants to watch.
Its Harrods location marks the brand's eleventh outpost and first in Europe. We delivered services across design management, project management and cost management.
The listed building status of Harrods as host venue brought real logistical and technical challenges, with the added challenge of Harrods remaining fully operational throughout the fit-out process.
The completed restaurant gave Em Sherif a fitting European debut, inside one of the world's most recognisable retail addresses.
