Not Only Fish is a 300-seat pan-Asian restaurant in Dubai's JLT, known for its Scandi-inspired design and custom fish-scale wall cladding. We provided Design Management services on this project, with fit-out delivered by KOJ.

Case Study Overview

Not Only Fish set out to bring a distinctive, highly visual dining concept to Dubai's JLT district, built around a 300-seat pan-Asian and Japanese menu.

The design leans into a Scandi-inspired aesthetic, with custom-made fish-scale wall cladding and a wicker fish suspended from the ceiling giving the space its own identity.

We provided design management and technical design delivery services on this project.
