The Campaner set out to bring the feel of Barcelona to Chelsea Barracks, one of London's most prestigious residential addresses, with a terrace designed to give guests a real sense of escape for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We served as project manager and cost manager, overseeing the transformation to ensure standards of craftsmanship stayed high throughout.
Working within an exclusive residential development brings its own pressures, from access and logistics to keeping quality consistent with the surrounding scheme.
