The Grove is a 4,000 sft urban coffeehouse concept in Al Ain, our first delivered location for the brand. LXA acted as project manager and Cost Manager from early coordination through to completion.
Case Study Overview
The Grove needed a calm, considered fit-out that could carry natural materials, warm timber and integrated architectural detailing without feeling overworked, across approximately 4,300 sq ft.
We were appointed as project manager and cost manager, supporting the project from early coordination right through to completion.
A key challenge was adapting a site that had not originally been designed for F&B use. We worked through landlord and infrastructure constraints, coordinating the upgrades and technical requirements needed to make the space suitable for restaurant operations.
The Grove Al Ain is the first location we have delivered for the brand, with two further venues now underway across the UAE.
