The Lebanese Bakery came to us to manage the delivery of their second UK site, an outpost within one of London's most prestigious department stores, Harrods.
The brand had already built real momentum from its Covent Garden restaurant and sister bakeries in Cairo, Riyadh and Beirut, so the Harrods site needed to live up to that reputation.
We managed the project through to completion, working within the operational demands of delivering inside a major department store.
