Al Barari

This ultra luxury residential project in Al Barari, Wadi Al Safa is currently under construction, spanning approximately 38,200 sq ft of built area and approximately 21,500 sq ft of landscape across base build works, interior fit-out and external landscaping.

We are appointed to provide project management, design management and cost management through the post-contract stage, overseeing contractor delivery, coordinating the consultant team and monitoring and tracking costs and programme throughout construction.

Working alongside a world-renowned international designer, our design management role is focused on attention to detail as the project moves through construction, managing design specifications through to site, with regular site visits helping to pre-empt coordination issues before they affect delivery.

With construction ongoing, regular reporting is helping to keep the project on track, with our team maintaining close control of programme, cost, quality and coordination through to completion.
