Dubai Islands is Nakheel's waterfront masterplan on Dubai's northern seafront, with Island B alone spanning 35 million sq ft and 4.8 km of beachfront. We delivered technical design development and BIM production across villas, townhouses and amenities.
Case Study Overview
Dubai Islands set out to reimagine waterfront living at scale, with Island B spanning approximately 35 million sq ft and 4.8 kilometres of beachfront on Dubai's northern seafront.
We delivered technical design development and BIM production across 22 typologies and 636 residential units, alongside key amenities including a beach club and community facilities.
The scale of the scheme required extensive coordination across multiple consultant packages. Through detailed BIM coordination, we were able to bring the different disciplines together with minimal clashes across a highly complex technical scope.
This coordinated approach helped create a robust technical design package across a large and complex residential development.
