We are leading on a large-scale private residential palace and family compound in Riyadh, covering approximately 105,000 sq ft across a main residence, guest accommodation, and wellness and staff facilities. We are appointed as Lead Design Consultant, Project Managers, Cost Managers and Design Managers across the scheme.

We have been appointed to deliver a large-scale private residential palace and wider family compound in Riyadh, covering approximately 105,000 sq ft across a main residence and multiple supporting buildings.
We are appointed as lead design consultant, project managers, cost managers and design managers across the scheme, working closely across a large team of specialist consultants to coordinate design and delivery.
Our role involves managing and coordinating multiple work packages alongside the wider consultant and contractor team, maintaining oversight of programme, cost, quality and interfaces across the project.
Our focus is on supporting a smooth and well-managed construction process across this large and complex private residential estate.
