Chelsea Barracks set out to redefine urban luxury in Belgravia, blending tradition and modernity across seven meticulously crafted structures spanning approximately 14,000 sq ft.
We provided cost management and project management to bring the vision to life, coordinating resources, timelines and budgets across seven collaborators working on the scheme.
The scale and number of parties involved meant the real challenge was keeping everyone aligned, on programme and on budget, through a long-running, multi-building delivery.
