Project Crest is a comprehensive renovation of a private villa in Umm Al Sheif, Dubai, transformed into a showcase of modern luxury and functionality, including a roof extension. We provided our Project Management and Cost Management services throughout, supporting international interior designers Elicyon.
Case Study Overview
The villa had already been newly built when Elicyon was appointed to develop a new interior design direction for the property. Our role involved bridging the gap between the overseas design team and the local contractor and consultant team, translating the design requirements into a coordinated and deliverable solution on site.
We provided project management, design management and cost management, coordinating the design and technical requirements through delivery while maintaining close control of programme, cost and quality.
The completed residence has since received international recognition, winning Interior Design Scheme – Middle East & Africas at The International Design & Architecture Awards 2026.
The completed villa feels like a considered, unified renovation rather than a patchwork of old and new.
