This private project is a large-scale residential estate in Dammam comprising a Main Villa, Gate House and associated infrastructure and landscape works, at varying stages of construction. We are appointed as the Lead Design Consultant, Project Managers, Design Managers and Cost Managers coordinating budgets, timelines, quality and all design disciplines.

We were appointed to deliver a large-scale residential estate in Dammam, comprising a Main Villa, Gate House and the surrounding infrastructure and landscape works.

Working closely with the appointed interior designer and wider consultant team, the focus has been on aligning the evolving design with the original project vision, while ensuring everything remains buildable.
With elements of the estate at varying stages of construction, we continue to manage a project that spans architecture, technical design delivery and BIM production across a single coordinated delivery.
